Hi, I’m Ian Seggar, the Ten Minute Man.

My aim is to show you how you can change your life, just ten minutes at a time.

Over the years I’ve had to change my life in many different ways.  Changes in career….industry…changes in family circumstances…changes in countries where I live…the list goes on.

Some of these changes I didn’t have a say in, but with most of them I did – and actively drove them.

What life has taught me is that change will always be there. The key is to decide what you want those changes to be, set the goals you want and then start the journey.

Where does Ten Minute Tactics© fit into all of this? What I’ve learned is that by focussing regularly on your goals, for just ten minutes at a time, you can achieve great things.

That’s my goal. To help you achieve the things you want in your life using short, sharp Ten Minute Tactics that are the stepping stones to help you get to where you want to be. And that’s why I wrote the book Ten Minute Tactics©.
